Shipping & Returns
Processing typically takes 2-4 business days from the time you have placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Our worldwide free shipping generally takes 10-20 business days from the shipment date. This time frame may vary depending on which country the package is being delivered to. To find out more about delivery to a specific country, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 7 days from receipt.
In the case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully covered by Gnarly Merch. If the item is returned for any reason other than that, the buyer must cover the return costs.
To return a product:
1. Send email@example.com 2-3 pictures of the item along with the reason for return within 7 days from receipt. Insert the order number (like #1134) in the email subject.
2. Once you receive the return address, you may ship the item via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
3. Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
Please Note: Orders shipped back to us beyond 7 days from receipt are not eligible for refunds.
Please do not return items to our manufacturing address. We will provide you with a return address once you have sent us a return request email.
